John Kirincic, CGA

Vice President Finance

John has been involved in the venture capital fund / management sector for more than a decade. At various points he has been Controller, VP Finance, Corporate Secretary and CFO for 6 different venture capital funds/managers across Canada, managing combined assets of $1 Billion.

Having been involved with the successful deployment of fund capital into venture investments, as well as strategic development and growth initiatives for both the funds and managers, John brings an extensive background of the industry to Zynik. John has previous experience in a major accounting and advisory firm, as well involvement within the oil and gas distribution industry.

Responsible for the ongoing management of all investments within the Zynik portfolio, John is always on the look out for new investment opportunities. John obtained an Undergraduate Business Administration degree from Simon Fraser University, later completing his designation as a Certified General Accountant.
