Our Commitment to Inclusion
At Zynik, we are committed to treating all people in a way that allows them to maintain their dignity and independence. We believe in integration and equal opportunity. We are committed to meeting the needs of persons with disabilities in a timely manner and will do so by preventing and removing barriers to accessibility and meeting accessibility requirements under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
Website Conformance Status
We strive to ensure that our digital presence is accessible to all visitors. Our public-facing website www.zynik.com and its web content are designed to conform with the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA as required by the AODA’s Information and Communications Standards.
Current Status
Our website is designed and maintained to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA, in accordance with Ontario’s Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
Technical Specifications
Our digital accessibility relies on HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and WAI-ARIA extensions to work effectively with standard web browsers and assistive technologies (such as screen readers).
Known Digital Limitations & Alternative Formats
While we work continuously to maintain a barrier-free website, we recognize certain technical limitations may exist. We are actively working to resolve these areas:
Legacy Media & Documents: Certain legacy PDF whitepapers or product spec sheets published prior to 2012 may lack full screen-reader tagging.
Image Descriptions: We are currently reviewing images across our website and adding alternative text descriptions to improve accessibility for visitors who use screen readers. This work is ongoing, and some images may not yet have appropriate descriptions.
If you require an alternative format (such as an accessible PDF, large print document, or hard copy text) for any content found on our site, please contact us using the methods below. We will provide these accommodations at no additional cost.
AODA Mandatory Compliance Filings
In accordance with provincial regulatory requirements, Zynik self-attests to its compliance status through official filings with the Ministry for Seniors and Accessibility.
Our latest Ontario Accessibility Compliance Report (ACR) is actively being prepared for the December 31, 2026 deadline. A full, accessible PDF copy of our official compliance submission will be available to the public upon request by contacting our accessibility coordinator.
